Personalised Christmas Cards
Ordering your personalised Christmas card could not be simpler this year. This starts with FormMail on a separate page. Click this link and it will open a new browser window. If your monitor is large enough, or your reduce the browser width, you could have both this and the FormMail open as you proceed further.

Part one - Company and Contact details - gives us all the information we need to get back to you. If you represent a company, fill in the VAT number, which we will need at invoice time. There are e-mail address boxes and both must be the same in order to proceed, this helps to prevent typing errors.
There are a number of mandatory fields indicated by an * if you do not complete any one of these you will be asked to do so before proceeding. The information we require will be needed at a later stage.
Part two - Choice and Details of your Christmas Card - if you would like to see larger versions of the cards in our selection click this link. There are six cards to chose from all are numbered and correspond to the numbers on the FormMail. When you have decided on your choice, click the radio button below the card image of your choice.
Your own photo or design. If you would like your cards to be a photo or painting of your own click the radio button under the blank rectangle.
Upload your own card subject. It is now time to locate the file you wish to be your subject. Click on the Browse button and follow your directory/subdirectory structure until you find the required file, and select it. After you have finished the whole ordering process your file will be uploaded to us with the FormMail
Your subject should be high resolution jpg or tiff file dimensions approx 210mm x 148mm. It can be either landscape or portrait and if you are used to pixels 1,600 pixels in the longest dimension, if the ratio of short to long dimension is not close to 70 percent you will need to edit your image to achieve this.
Select your Greeting for page three of the your card from the five choices by clicking the Radio Button.
Add your Company / personal and contact details. There are three lines available therefore we suggest your Company name is on the first line,address on the second and e-mail, telephone details on the third line.
Address details. Add your Company name and address in the box available. If you have a long line, or more than one line of information you wish to include it would be best to type this in Word or similar in your desired format, with a return between lines, then copy and paste into the Address line box. You can, if you wish, choose not to include an address line and leave the address line blank.
Uploading your Logo. If you wish to include a company or private logo click on the Browse button and follow your directory/subdirectory structure until you find the required file, and select it. After you have finished the whole ordering process your file will be uploaded to us with the FormMail
Select the number of cards you would like printing. The minimum order is fifty.
Click Submit. The contents of your FormMail and attachments will be e-mailed to us.
Our response and a proof. We will acknowledge your FormMail, if possible by return. There may be some technical or presentation queries, in which case will get back to you quickly. Otherwise we will proceed to production of a proof in the form of a low resolution PDF file and e-mail this to you. If you, or we, have any queries to settle, this is when it will be done.
Please enlarge the PDF proof to 100 percent or larger in order to check details. Your PDF Reader should should have settings from the dropdown menu “View.”
Approval for printing. When we receive your go-ahead, your order has then been placed and the next stage is Share the Care Ltd., Hospice Shops, contacting you with a VAT invoice. Payment in full will be required following receipt of our invoice, after which we will then proceed with printing. The cards will be boxed, together will envelopes and dispatch to our office by or before early December, or as requested by yourselves.
