Hospice's Port Erin Furniture Showroom is managed by Brenda Kneale and situated next to the Hospice Shop. The double Unit at Orchard Walk was leased in 1995, enabled Share the Care to develop furniture sales. A wide variety of items are available although electrical goods are limited. There is a speedy turnover, enabling the van drivers to make regular changes to the goods on sale which in turn makes this side of the business extremely interesting for both volunteers and customers.

The Saleroom Manager is Brenda Kneale, who works long hours ensuring the business runs smoothly. Brenda's deputy is Margaret Anderson together with many of the original shop volunteers still assisting on a regular basis.

The Saleroom is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm and if you wish to enquire about particular items the Port Erin number is: 01624 83 55 75 or the Douglas Office 01624 61 50 55.

If you have an item of furniture you do not need any longer and would like to give it to us to sell, you can contact us via this website by clicking the Contact Us link in the navigation bar above, or direct from here. If we can re-sell at Hospice we happy to come and collect anywhere on the island. All proceeds from our shops and furniture salerooms go directly to help pay for patient care costs, in St. Bridgets, and in the community.

If you would like to read more about the ways and means of donating items of your own for us to sell, or perhaps left to you in a legacy being part of a house contents, you will find relevant information in our “Frequently asked Questions” page. Click here to go direct.
