Share the Care Ltd has a Board of Directors with an appointed Manager responsible to the Board for all operational matters together with the administration of the Company and the maintenance of the properties owned by Share the Care Ltd.

Share the Care is a relatively large commercial enterprise with an annual turnover exceeding £750,000 and yielding a net profit to Hospice Care of over £400,000.  The Directors bring a variety of experience and expertise contributing to Share the Care's success.  The Directors offer their services on a voluntary basis and are not remunerated.

Share the Care Chairman, Martin Ellis has a long association with Hospice Care.  The Directors are :

Mr Martin Ellis - Chairman, Sir Miles Walker, Mr Phillip Dearden, Mr Paul Murphy, Mr Terry Groves, Mrs Judith Leslie.

Administration.

Tina Lawton is the Share the Care Shops and Salerooms Manager.  Tina was previously Hospice Care's Fundraising and PR Manager from 2005 to 2008.

The office team is based at Unit 14, Springham Park, Spring Valley Industrial Estate, Braddan.
